A grave stone in a graveyard\" width=\"300\" height=\"187\" \/><\/a>The\u00a0<strong>Old Burying Ground,\u00a0<\/strong>Kingston&#8217;s first cemetery, occupies part of the land granted in 1721 by Major John Bradford to the people of the North Precinct of Plymouth, which\u00a0 became the Town of Kingston in 1726.\u00a0 We have a few lists of\u00a0 those buried here, <a href=\"http:\/\/kplma.org\/pdfs\/doc-18-0322-oc6.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">like this one<\/a>, as well as <a href=\"http:\/\/kplma.org\/pdfs\/doc-18-0323-oc6.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a plat of the Old Burying Ground<\/a> adapted from a 1997 Eagle Scout project poster.<\/p>\n<p>For the approximate location of a particular grave, please use\u00a0 the form below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>St. Joseph&#8217;s Cemetery<\/strong>\u00a0is private,\u00a0 part of of the Saint Joseph Parish of Kingston-Plympton. For more information, contact the Parish office at 781-585-6679 or through <a href=\"https:\/\/stjosephkingston.com\/contact-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">their website.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Kingston Evergreen Cemetery<\/strong>\u00a0opened in 1853 under a voluntary association now called the\u00a0Kingston Evergreen Cemetery Association, Inc.
